Sustainable Affordable Housing in East New York

In a joint venture with the long time owner of the property DCV Holdings, Hudson is developing Logan Fountain, a 100% affordable housing development in the rezoned district of East New York. Logan Fountain will contain 346 residential rental units affordable to residents earning between 30% and 80% of AMI. Thirty percent of the units will be set aside for residents transitioning out of homelessness. Hudson’s partner Jericho Project will provide supportive services for those residents. A courtyard with play areas and seating will sit adjacent to an indoor common area and children’s playroom. Logan Fountain will also feature 8,000 square feet of neighborhood serving ground-floor retail. Logan Fountain participates in the LEED for Homes program.
