A Part of a Larger Whole: Workforce Housing in Clinton Hill

Atlantic | Fulton are two new construction 100% affordable rental buildings in Clinton Hill being developed as part of the redevelopment of the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library. The buildings, both located in Brooklyn Community Board 2 - the same CB as the Brooklyn Heights branch, will feature a total of 114 apartments affordable to households earning between 60 and 125% of AMI. The affordability of these units will be ensured through a regulatory agreement with HPD but without any subsidy financing. Hudson has partnered with the non-profit, IMPACCT, to market and lease up the apartments through an official NYC lottery. The Atlantic | Fulton buildings are crucial to the development of One Clinton, the condominium component of the library redevelopment, which will not be occupied by residents until these properties are both approved for occupancy.
