Apartments at the Intersection of Chinatown and the Lower East Side

Located steps from the East Broadway subway station at the intersection of Manhattan’s Lower East Side and Chinatown, the Crossroads is an 83-unit rental building with ground floor retail. Hudson purchased the development site, a former parking lot, and air rights from St. Teresa’s Roman Catholic Church. The sale enabled the parish to make urgent repairs to their historic church, which had been severely damaged by fire. At the time, there was a dearth of new development in the neighborhood. The building features amenities such as an attended lobby, a landscaped rear courtyard, and a fitness center. There are six neighborhood-serving retail stores at the base. Hudson sold The Crossroads in 2018.
