A Green Home for Different Generations

Calvary Intergenerational is a mixed-use development in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Hudson, in partnership with the Calvary Community Church, Selfhelp Community Services, and Fulcrum Properties, is developing the sites currently owned by the church to be an innovative model for high quality, sustainable affordable housing including supportive services for older adults and on-site solar energy. The development will consist of 185 residential units ranging from 30% AMI and 100% AMI, 86 of the units will be reserved for older adults residents age 62 and above. Calvary is designed to Passive House standards and will pursue Passive House certification.
