Mowa works on the predevelopment and delivery of large-scale mixed-use and affordable housing developments at Hudson, helping transform ambitious ideas into built projects that serve communities. She is the project management lead on The Lirio, Gowanus Green, and La Central Building C&E. She previously worked at Magellan Development Group on multifamily, hotel, and lab/office developments nationwide. Mowa earned her bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and her master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
