Vivian, a native New Yorker, is driven by her passion for enhancing quality of life through purposeful and sustainable development. At Hudson, she plays a pivotal role in diverse development projects, guiding them from inception to stabilization. Vivian is currently working on Peninsula Phase II, Van Houten Lofts, and The Breeze. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Freddie Mac, where she assessed multifamily assets and facilitated over $1 billion in mortgages. Vivian holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Study, focusing on Architecture and Socio-Economic Inequality, from NYU Gallatin.
