Yael Gonzalez Meiler

Yael Gonzalez Meiler has always been inspired by New York City, a place she has proudly called home since 2023. She brings a deep commitment to making cities more equitable and inclusive, along with an international perspective shaped by her roots in Venezuela, upbringing in Spain, and studies in the Netherlands and New York. 

Before joining Hudson, she worked in housing policy research at the NYU Furman Center and interned at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development's division of New Construction Finance. Yael holds a Bachelor of Science in Governance, Economics, and Development from Leiden University College The Hague, and a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Public Policy from the New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
