Chris Tepper

Chris has over a decade of experience in the private, public and non-profit real estate sectors. At Hudson, Chris brings that experience to managing ground-up, mixed-use residential developments creating both market-rate and affordable units in Brooklyn.  He has also led the conversion of a former warehouse into a modern hub for creative office and retail. Chris hopes to leverage his development experience to create new affordable and supportive housing opportunities for LGBT seniors and LGBT homeless youth.  Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master of Finance from Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Argentina, where he studied as a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar.  Chris is also the co-founder of the New York City AIDS Memorial organization, which built New York City’s first significant public space dedicated to the AIDS epidemic at NYC AIDS Memorial Park in the West Village.
