Jordan is a native New Yorker with a passion for creating community-enriching urban spaces and delivering complex developments that strengthen neighborhoods. He manages projects from pre-development through close-out, bringing a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to execution and coordination across all phases of the development process.
His work includes the successful delivery of Logan Fountain (265 Logan Street) in East New York, completion of Riverwalk Heights (430 Main Street) on Roosevelt Island, and support of major milestones such as the La Central A & B conversion to permanent financing. He is currently advancing Kingsland Commons B2 (89 Maspeth Avenue) and leading the development Pelham House in Pelham, New York, along with other Hudson initiatives
Previously, Jordan served as an Owner’s Representative, guiding nonprofit organizations through the New York City development process. That experience reinforced his belief that strong project leadership comes from being hands-on, highly organized, and relentlessly focused on the details, while keeping quality, schedule, and community impact at the center of decision-making.
Jordan holds a B.A. in Sport Management from the University of Michigan and a Master of Management from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
