Berke works on residential and mixed-use projects including The Peninsula in the Bronx and BEC I, Boulevard Houses and 975 Nostrand in Brooklyn. He aims to encourage the correlation between good urbanization, resiliency and improved quality of life through development. Berke holds his Masters of Science in UD with a concentration on Real Estate Development from Columbia University and Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University.
