Alison Novak

Alison is a member of Hudson’s Investment Committee and currently serves as Head of Sidewalk Urban Development at Sidewalk Labs. As a former Principal at Hudson, Alison oversaw mixed-income and market-rate developments as well as Hudson’s equity investment funds. Under her leadership, Hudson also launched its commitment to green building, formed its internal committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity and became an industry leader in sustainable design. She has over 15 years of real estate development experience. Alison studied Community Development at Grinnell College and earned her Master of City Planning and Master of Science in Real Estate Development, both from MIT. She is Vice Chair of Women in Housing and Finance, an honor bestowed on past board presidents. Alison is a member of the 21st cohort of Coro Leadership New York and sits on the board of the Osborne Association.
