    Hudson, in partnership with Project Renewal is constructing this ground-up, women’s homeless shelter and health clinic on the West side of Manhattan.  The site previously contained a television production studio which was demolished to make way for the project.  Rising nine stories the brick masonry building will contain 200 beds, a 1,500sf clinic, kitchen and dining facilities, offices, a library, and additional spaces for social services and recreation.  The project is primarily financed through a Long-Term Debt Service Contract provided by the NYC Department of Homeless Services.
