The Hudson Companies, Inc., in partnership with Cara LLC, is developing 135 Emerson Condominiums, an exciting new residential project at the crossroads of brownstone Brooklyn and the hip Myrtle Avenue retail and restaurant corridor.  The 16-story tower will have 360-degree views, abundant outdoor space, and sleek modern apartments accessible to young homebuyers.  The project is a block from the campus of the Pratt Institute, a Brooklyn institution famous for its architecture and design programs, in the beautiful Clinton Hill neighborhood.
