120 East 12th Street

In December 2008, Hudson completed and delivered a 26-story dormitory on East 12th Street in Manhattan for lease by New York University.  The 212 dormitory units will accommodate over 700 students and provide lounges and other student amenities, including landscaped front and rear terraces.  The building also includes 4 new faculty apartments.  The historic façade and fence of the former St. Ann’s church has been preserved as an architectural feature at the entrance.
