120 East 12th Street
(between 3rd & 4th Avenues)
Hudson is developing a 26-story dormitory for New York University on East 12th Street in Manhattan. The 212 dormitory units will accommodate over 700 students and provide lounges and other student amenities, including landscaped front and rear terraces. The project also includes 4 new faculty apartments. The historic façade and fence of the former St. Ann’s church has been preserved as an architectural feature at the entrance. Construction is expected to be complete in late 2008.
